Please read the following agreement before applying for membership

Please enrol me as a member of Spooks Paranormal Investigators. I understand that as a member I will be entitled to participate in all events and that whilst the participation itself will be discounted as part of the membership, I will be wholly financially responsible for my travel and food costs and indeed any other costs of a personal nature resulting from participation in said event. I understand that from time to time some investigations may have extra costs attached to them such as accommodation and that the Spooks Paranormal Investigators will notify me of these costs in advance of the investigation so that I may make alternative arrangements or a decision on whether to participate or not. I except that Spooks Paranormal Investigators is not responsible for my actions or any result thereof whilst participating in any event and should my actions bring Spooks Paranormal Investigators into disrepute or negatively influence our standing within the community an immediate suspension of my membership will be the result, pending an investigation. If so decided as a result of the investigation, I agree that a full revoking of my membership will not entitle me to a refund of membership fees or any part thereof. I understand that places will not be automatically kept for me at investigations or events and it is my duty to contact Spooks Paranormal Investigators representative to ask for a place which is offered on a first come first served basis. I understand that places are offered to members as a priority and that any guests of mine take second place to other members. (More information on this is available in the �attending ghost hunts� section).I understand that whilst the aim is to have fun, some activity and locations are very frightening and that Spooks Paranormal Investigators can not be held responsible for the activity not within their control and agree that any and all accidents or injuries that may be sustained on a event or investigation as a result of my own fear, un carefulness or general personal neglect to my surroundings can not be made accountable to spooks Paranormal Investigators. Finally I agree that spooks Paranormal Investigators can not guarantee that supernatural activity will occur or be experienced on any field investigation or event.

PROTOCOLS

Due to the nature of our investigations no smoking will be allowed within the investigation area as it can effect camera shots and appear �spirit� like, instead you are to step outside or away from the rest of the investigation.
Conduct must be professional at all times.
Respect private property
Show reverence and respect in cemeteries or religious establishments.
No alcohol is allowed on investigations or drinking of any before investigations. Drunkenness will not be tolerated and will result in immediate suspension

Membership:

�15.00 per person for Lifetime membership includes:

Notes:

All membership fees are a one off payment and will cover the member for their lifetime
All accepted members will be required to agree to an �agreement of Membership � before taking part in any Spooks Paranormal Investigators event
Membership is open to anyone over the age of 13. However ghost hunt participation is only open to those over the age of 16 with parental approval for minors.
In some investigations or events members may be expected to take part in media coverage, such as being interviewed, filmed or photographed and do so giving Spooks Paranormal Investigators and its staff full rights to use their image, content and any footage deemed relevant to the production of any DVD video, audio CD or any and all media usage by either Spooks Paranormal Investigators or any source we deem suitable
Any evidence captured on film or by any other means will be made available to Spooks Paranormal Investigators for our use and any other reason deemed necessary, any credit will be awarded to the individual who captured it.
All applications are subject to acceptance by Spooks Paranormal Investigators
All prices are subject to review on a yearly basis on the 1^st February each year.
Spooks Paranormal Investigators reserves the right to alter membership entitlements at any time without notice and to refuse or suspend membership as per the terms and conditions without notice or correspondence.
No responsibility will be taken by Spooks Paranormal Investigators for any injury or loss to an attendee during an investigation.
Finally we would like to add that the above declarations are for our protection as an organisation as well as yours and we would like to remind you that the principal concept at Spooks Paranormal Investigations is to have as much fun and enjoyment investigating in a serious but light hearted way the possibility of spirits and other paranormal phenomenon.

Paranormal Investigation (attending a ghost hunt)

The booking is not confirmed until contact is made by Spooks Paranormal Investigators confirming your place and payment is received.
Members may request up to 2 non-members to accompany them on a ghost hunt at the full cost of that particular investigation however these places can not be confirmed until after the last booking date stated for the event as members are always given priority over non members
In the event of a full investigation, a waiting list will be drawn up and any cancellations from the full investigation will be filled by the waiting list names and these people shall be contacted by a member of the Spooks Paranormal Investigators' Management Team to inform them of so.
If the waiting list is sufficiently large enough a second investigation will be organised and individuals notified.
As earlier stated whilst every effort is made to keep ghost hunt costs as low as possible some locations may require some additional cost, if this is the case and you still wish to participate these costs will need to be paid no less than 7 days before the investigation.
If a Member cancels a placement with no less than 7 days notice more than 3 times without sufficient reason Spooks Paranormal Limited reserve the right to suspend that Member's subscription.
By taking part in any investigation or event organised by Spooks Paranormal Investigators the member or non member agrees to undertake full responsibility for arranging their own insurance against damage to or loss of property, personal injury of any kind or any effect non-specified.

Non Member guests must sign a disclaimer on the day of the event to agree to all of the term and conditions or be asked to leave with no refund.
All participants are free to bring their own equipment and are responsible for their own refreshments unless already told otherwise prior to the investigation.
