We have now disbanded our membership programme. This means you no longer have to be a member to join our ghost hunts. However, joining our ghosthunts are subject to the terms and conditions and declaration listed below. Attending our ghost hunts mean that you agree to these.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

I understand that as a participant in all events that i will be wholly financially responsible for my travel and food costs and indeed any other costs of a personal nature resulting from participation in said event.

I understand that from time to time investigations may have extra costs attached to them such as accommodation and that Spooks Paranormal Investigators will notify me of these costs in advance of the investigation so that I may make alternative arrangements or a decision on whether to participate or not.

I accept that Spooks Paranormal Investigators as a business is not responsible for my actions or any result thereof whist participating in any event and should my actions bring Spooks Paranormal Investigators in to disrepute or negatively influence our standing within the community I may be asked to leave and banned from future investigations.

I understand that while the aim is to have fun, some activity and locations are very frightening and that Spooks Paranormal Investigators cannot be held responsible for the activity of the spirit  world and agree that any and all accidents or injuries that maybe sustained on a event or investigation as a result of my own fear, carelessness or general personal neglect to my surroundings cannot be made accountable to Spooks Paranormal Investigators.

I agree that Spooks Paranormal Investigators cannot guarantee that supernatural activity will occur to be experienced on any field investigation or event.

Finally I understand that

 NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON INVESTIGATIONS OR DRINKING OF ANY BEFORE INVESTIGATIONS. DRUNKENNESS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPESNION

Declaration

Under UK Legislation 6th April 2008 it is necessary to bring your attention the "CPR" law; Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2007) incorporating UCPD: Unfair Commercial Practices Directive.

Therefore attending in Spooks Paranormal Investigators Events is dependant on all participants agreeing to the following disclaimer.

I accept that during my attendance on any ghost hunt or any event arranged by Spooks Paranormal Investigators, I will be participating in a scientific experiment that might have an effect on my conscious or subconscious mind, I further accept that the results of these experiments cannot be guaranteed, but I am prepared to freely participate. I understand that in part, the investigation or event is for entertainment purposes and Spooks Paranormal Investigators cannot guarantee any paranormal activity.

I am not aware of any medical or psychiatric health condition that may preclude me from participation in this investigation or any events held by Spooks Paranormal Investigators.

I am not taking any non medical or medically prescribed or self medication drugs or therapies which may affect my decision to participate freely, and I have freely chosen or not chosen to consult my medical practitioner before accepting a place on any event run or hosted by Spooks Paranormal Investigators.

I fully acknowledge it is my duty to inform Spooks Paranormal Investigators of any changes to my mental and physical status as outlined above now and in the future  and my participating in any event or investigation organised by Spooks Paranormal Investigators I accept full responsibility for the above on each and every occasion I participate. Finally I agree that I am wholly responsible for the ongoing state of my physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological health and wellbeing, as well as my actions.
